Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a CRM Executive based in Gurgaon. The CRM Executive will be responsible for managing customer relationships through CRM software, analyzing customer data, and implementing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate customer records, supporting marketing campaigns, monitoring customer interactions, generating reports, and facilitating smooth internal communication regarding customer needs and feedback. Key Responsibilities:- Manage and maintain customer relationships throughout the loan/mortgage lifecycle Coordinate with sales, credit, and operations teams for timely updates and documentation Handle client queries, follow-ups, and status tracking with accuracy Update and manage customer information in CRM systems Assist customers with documentation, eligibility checks, and process clarification Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and timely issue resolution Prepare daily/weekly reports on client status, follow-ups, and process progress Support retention, feedback, and service improvement initiatives Required Skills & Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (MBA preferred) 3–5 years of experience in CRM, customer service, or client coordination (preferably in BFSI, mortgage, or finance) Strong communication skills in English & Hindi Hands-on experience with CRM tools/software Ability to multitask and manage multiple client cases simultaneously Good understanding of customer service processes and documentation handling Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized Personal Attributes:- Customer-centric mindset Strong ownership and accountability Problem-solving attitude Ability to work in a dynamic, target-driven environment How to Apply Send your CV to: parul.bhatt@umoceania.com
