Job SummaryWe are looking for a CRM Executive – Payment Follow-up who will be responsible for end-to-end coordination with clients for outstanding freight payments, maintaining ageing reports, ensuring timely collections, and supporting cash-flow management. Key ResponsibilitiesFollow up with clients for timely payment of freight bills via calls, emails, and WhatsApp. Maintain customer-wise outstanding and ageing reports (30/60/90/120+ days). Coordinate with Accounts, Operations, and Sales teams for billing clarifications and reconciliations. Track unbilled, disputed, and pending invoices and ensure resolution. Share regular MIS reports on collections, overdue amounts, and follow-up status. Ensure adherence to credit terms agreed with clients. Escalate chronic delays and high-value overdues to management. Maintain professional and courteous client communication while being firm on timelines.
