Job Description

The CRM Engineer will be responsible for supporting and managing customer relationship management systems and processes within the telecom environment. The role involves configuring, monitoring, and troubleshooting telecom network elements such as BTS, OLT, ONT, routers, and switches while ensuring seamless partner activation and coordination. The engineer will also handle PLI (Partner Line Item) sharing, tracking, and follow-ups to ensure timely execution and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • CRM System Management
  • Manage and operate CRM tools for service provisioning, ticketing, and partner onboarding.
  • Ensure data accuracy and timely updates in the CRM system.
  • Telecom Network Support
  • Monitor and troubleshoot BTS, OLT, ONT, routers, and switches to resolve customer and partner issues.
  • Coordinate with network teams for escalations and problem resolution.
  • Support activation, configuration, and testing of new network elements.
  • Partner Activation & Management
  • Handle end-to-end partner activation requests, ensuring timely provisioning and onboarding.
  • Share and follow up on PLI (Partner Line Items) with relevant stakeholders.
  • Maintain strong communication channels with partners for seamless service delivery.
  • Operational Support
  • Track open tickets/issues and ensure timely closure in line with SLAs.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation for activation, troubleshooting, and process improvements.
  • Support cross-functional teams (sales, network, operations) to improve partner/customer experience.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of telecom technologies: BTS, OLT, ONT, routers, and switches.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems in a telecom environment.
  • Knowledge of service provisioning, activation, and partner management processes.
  • Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and coordination abilities with internal teams and external partners.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in telecom operations, CRM support, or partner management.
  • Experience working with telecom infrastructure (BTS, OLT, ONT, routers, switches).
  • Familiarity with partner activation and PLI processes is an advantage.
