Crm Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and optimize Insightly CRM with automated pipelines and custom objects.
  
• Integrate Insightly with tools like Ascent, Convoso, Dialpad, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks via APIs and middleware.
  
• Build automations and scripts (JS/Python/Node.js) for routing, approvals, and reporting.
  
• Design clean, accurate data flows across CRM, dialers, and financial systems.
  
• Create KPI dashboards in Insightly and Google Data Studio.
  
• Ensure data accuracy through validations, alerts, and backups.
  
• Maintain documentation and SOPs.
  
• Translate business workflows into scalable system logic.
  
• Continuously optimize automations and integrations.
  
• Collaborate across Ops, IT, and Finance for seamless performance.
  

Skills & Qualifications

• Deep hands-on experience with

  CRM configuration and API customization.
• Strong working knowledge of:
