Job Title: CRM Support & Training Executive
Job Summary
We are seeking a 1 to 3 years of Experienced CRM Support & Training Executive to provide both technical support and on-site training to clients. The role involves troubleshooting CRM-related issues, managing data, assisting with system configuration, and conducting client training sessions to ensure effective CRM usage. The ideal candidate will be comfortable traveling to client locations, interacting with various teams, and delivering clear, engaging training sessions.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide CRM support to internal and external users.
* Visit client locations for CRM implementation support and training.
* Conduct one-on-one or group training sessions for clients and internal teams.
* Troubleshoot and resolve CRM-related issues in person and remotely.
* Assist in CRM setup, configuration, and minor customization as per client needs.
* Create training materials, manuals, and quick-reference guides.
* Ensure high data quality through regular checks and updates.
* Liaise with the development or vendor team for escalated issues.
* Maintain training and support documentation.
* Gather client feedback and suggest improvements in CRM usage.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field.
* 1–2 years of CRM support or administration experience.
* Experience in conducting user training sessions.
* Willingness to travel frequently to client sites.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
* Good problem-solving abilities and patience in handling user queries.
* Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
Preferred Skills
* Prior experience in CRM implementation projects.
* Knowledge of CRM automation workflows.
* Basic understanding of SQL or reporting tools.
