Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a tech-savvy professional to join our team as a CRM Application Support Executive. The ideal candidate will support end users in the effective use of the CRM system, ensure smooth day-to-day operations, and assist in MIS reporting and dashboard development to support decision-making across departments such as Sales, Marketing, Service Desk and Customer Service.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact for CRM application support, handling user issues, queries, and functional troubleshooting.
Work closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Service teams to understand their requirements and optimize CRM workflows.
Support CRM configuration, user access, data entry validations, and approval workflows.
Ensure CRM data integrity, monitor duplicate records, and support periodic data cleansing.
Develop, maintain, and enhance MIS reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights.
Generate regular reports (e.g., lead funnel, conversion rate, sales pipeline, customer engagement) as per requirements.
Coordinate with the development team for issue resolution and enhancements.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Marketing, or related field.
2+ years of experience in CRM support, preferably with systems like CentraHub, Salesforce, Zoho, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.
Good understanding of sales and marketing processes and how they integrate into CRM systems.
Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, charts, and report automation.
Experience in creating dashboards and visual reports using built-in CRM tools
