Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a CRM and Digital Marketing Specialist based in New Delhi. The CRM and Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for managing and utilizing customer relationship management (CRM) systems, developing and executing digital marketing strategies, managing email marketing campaigns, and analyzing data to optimize marketing efforts. Additionally, the specialist will collaborate with various teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and contribute to overall marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and customer data analysis
• Digital Marketing skills, including SEO, SEM, and social media marketing
• Email Marketing campaign management and execution skills
• Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to derive actionable insights
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Experience in the automotive or sustainability industry is a plus
