Job Description

As an Analytics & CRM Manager at Museum of Art & Photography (MAP), you will play a critical role in managing relationships with diverse stakeholders such as visitors, members, donors, artists, and institutional partners. Your responsibilities will include implementing, managing, and optimizing customer relationship management systems and databases to support MAP's mission of democratising art and building lasting relationships with the global community. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain robust database systems by integrating data from various sources including ticketing, e-commerce, digital platforms, and exhibition management. - Create comprehensive dashboards, reports, and analytics related to membership, visitor engagement, programme attendance, and philanthropic activities. - Monitor database performance, conduct regular data audits, and ensure data quality assurance protocols. - Establish standards for data entry, storage, and governance across the organization. - Organize Analytics workshops to enhance team performance. - Oversee daily operations and maintenance of MAP's CRM database systems to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security. - Implement CRM-driven strategies to enhance visitor lifetime value, member retention, and stakeholder engagement. - Design and execute workflow rules, validation processes, and automation strategies to streamline operations. - Develop user roles, data access permissions, and integration protocols with other museum systems. - Develop and implement segmented, personalized customer journeys to enhance visitor experience and engagement. - Create and manage targeted marketing campaigns for different audience segments. - Support membership processes including applications, renewals, inquiries, and retention initiatives. - Collaborate with Marketing, Education, Curatorial, and Development teams for seamless data flow and strategic alignment. - Ensure strict adherence to data protection regulations including GDPR, Data Protection Act 2018, and Indian data privacy laws. - Implement data security measures to protect confidential visitor, member, and institutional information. - Maintain user license management and access controls across different system instances. - Document database structures, processes, and compliance procedures. - Coordinate integrations with third-party applications and provide technical support and training to staff on CRM and database usage. - Research, evaluate, and recommend new database technologies and CRM enhancements. - Support special projects and initiatives as assigned by leadership. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Database Management, or related field. - 4-6 years of experience in CRM database management, preferably in cultural institutions or non-profits. - Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, GiveLife, or similar platforms. - Proficiency in database management systems including SQL, MySQL, Oracle. - Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
