Eklavya Ship & Crew Management is a leading maritime crew management company holding RPSL and MLC certifications (RPSL MUM 1005). Since 2019, we have specialized in supplying skilled crew for LPG and tanker vessels.

We seek an experienced Crew Manager dedicated to sourcing and recruiting qualified crew members exclusively for LPG and tanker vessels. The role focuses solely on crew acquisition, screening, and preparation, without involvement in vessel operations.

• Source and identify suitable candidates for LPG and other tanker vessel crew positions
• Conduct candidate screening, interviewing, and shortlisting per company and industry standards
• Coordinate with training and certification bodies to verify crew qualifications and credentials
• Manage crew databases, contracts, and documentation readiness
• Liaise with crewing agents, maritime authorities, and recruitment agencies worldwide
• Support onboarding and mobilization logistics for crew joining vessels
• Maintain compliance with STCW, MLC, and company policies

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in crew recruitment or crewing management for gas carriers, LPG, or tanker vessels
• Strong understanding of maritime certification, crewing norms, and recruitment best practices
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment pipelines
• Proficient with crew management and recruitment software
