Crew Manager (Sourcing)

As a Crew Manager at Eklavya Ship & Crew Management Private Limited, your role will be dedicated to sourcing and recruiting qualified crew members exclusively for LPG and tanker vessels. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Source and identify suitable candidates for LPG and other tanker vessel crew positions - Conduct candidate screening, interviewing, and shortlisting per company and industry standards - Coordinate with training and certification bodies to verify crew qualifications and credentials - Manage crew databases, contracts, and documentation readiness - Liaise with crewing agents, maritime authorities, and recruitment agencies worldwide - Support onboarding and mobilization logistics for crew joining vessels - Maintain compliance with STCW, MLC, and company policies To qualify for this role, you should have: - Minimum 3 years experience in crew recruitment or crewing management for gas carriers, LPG, or tanker vessels - Strong understanding of maritime certification, crewing norms, and recruitment best practices - Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment pipelines - Proficient with crew management and recruitment software Eklavya Ship & Crew Management offers a competitive salary and performance incentives, the opportunity to work with a respected, RPSL and MLC certified company, a supportive and professional work environment, and a chance to play a key role within the developing LPG and tanker crewing division.
