🔹 Key Responsibilities / 주요 업무

• Develop and implement credit strategies, policies, and guidelines
• 신용 전략, 정책 및 가이드라인 개발 및 실행
• Monitor and analyze credit risk, portfolio performance, and market trends
• 신용 리스크, 포트폴리오 성과 및 시장 동향 모니터링 및 분석
• Collaborate with finance, risk, and business teams to optimize credit processes
• 재무, 리스크, 사업팀과 협업하여 신용 프로세스 최적화
• Provide recommendations to senior management based on data-driven insights
• 데이터 기반 인사이트를 바탕으로 경영진에 권고 사항 제공
• Support credit risk assessment, reporting, and regulatory compliance
• 신용 리스크 평가, 보고 및 규제 준수 지원
• Lead initiatives to improve credit management tools and processes
• 신용 관리 도구 및 프로세스 개선 프로젝트 주도

🔹 Qualifications / 지원 자격

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field
• 재무, 경제학, 경영학 또는 관련 분야 학사/석사 학위
• 5+ years of experience in credit risk, credit strategy, or related financial roles
• 신용 리스크, 신용 전략 또는 관련 재무 직무 경력 5년 이상
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• 뛰어난 분석, 문제 해결 및 의사결정 능력
• Experience with credit risk modeling, portfolio analysis, and financial reporting
• 신용 리스크 모델링, 포트폴리오 분석 및 재무 보고 경험
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
• 뛰어난 커뮤니케이션, 협업 및 리더십 능력
• Bilingual (Korean & English) preferred
• 한국어 및 영어 가능자 우대
