Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Credit Officer to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 4 years of experience in the BFSI industry, with expertise in credit management and analysis.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and analyze credit data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Develop and implement effective credit strategies to drive business expansion.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of credit operations.
Conduct thorough credit risk assessments and provide recommendations for approval.
Monitor and report on credit performance metrics to senior management.
Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with credit lending.
