Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Credit Officer to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 7 years of experience in the BFSI industry, with expertise in credit analysis and risk management. Roles and Responsibility Conduct thorough credit analysis and assessments to determine client creditworthiness. Develop and implement effective credit policies and procedures to minimize risk. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential risks. Monitor and manage credit portfolios to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Provide expert guidance on credit-related matters to internal stakeholders. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform credit decisions. Job Requirements Strong understanding of credit principles, practices, and regulations. Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools. Strong knowledge of risk management strategies and techniques. Experience working with diverse client groups and stakeholders.
