Role Overview: As a Credit Manager for Working Capital Finance, you will be responsible for managing a team of Credit Managers and underwriting proposals for both Fund and Non Fund based Working Capital Finance. Your role will involve making decisions within defined TAT, visiting customers for personal discussions, structuring deals, and ensuring the required portfolio quality is maintained by studying monitoring reports. Key Responsibilities: - Manage a team of Credit Managers - Underwrite and make proposals for Working Capital Finance - Visit customers for personal discussions and deal structuring - Study monitoring reports and maintain portfolio quality - Evaluate proposals for Home Loans and Loan against Property - Coordinate with sales, operations, legal, technical, and customer service teams Qualification Required: - CA with relevant underwriting experience - Technical underwriting experience - Analytical skills - Experience of 2-4 years in relevant working capital products - Ability to handle time-bound activities effectively - Effective team player with a sense of urgency and keenness to learn Additional Details: Understanding of property related aspects, such as legal title and market value of the property, is considered an added advantage in this role. Coordination with various internal teams and departments is essential for successful credit management.,
