Hi, This is regarding job opportunity with leading private bank. Designation: Credit Manager - Real Estate Experience: 5-10 years Location: Mumbai Role & Responsibilities: -Conducting preliminary screening of commercial real estate finance transactions and structuring. -Working with the internal team (operations, legal, technical, and relationship) to provide clients with timely and coordinated solutions. -Presenting the proposal to the sanctioning authorities. -Creating term sheets. -Conducting credit analysis and due diligence; and creating review and renewal credit reports for the purpose of reviewing the limits and evaluating them for credit alerts. -Making preliminary suggestions and assessing borrower, transaction, and underlying security risk by creating Credit & Risk Assessment Notes (CRAN) -Checking disbursements to ensure compliance with sanctioned terms. -Interacting with the client to learn about their finance requirements, organizational structure, and business concept.
