Key Responsibilities
· Evaluate credit proposals of micro and small enterprise customers, assessing both financial and non-financial parameters.
· Analyze business models, cash flow patterns, and repayment capacities where formal documentation is limited.
· Conduct customer and field visits where required to understand the ground realities of the business.
· Collaborate with business, risk, and collections teams to ensure quality underwriting and smooth disbursement processes.
· Identify early warning signals, monitor portfolio trends, and suggest corrective actions.
· Develop and refine credit assessment tools suited for informal and under-documented borrower segments.
· Train and guide field credit officers and sales teams on credit norms and business evaluation techniques.
· Continuously improve underwriting efficiency while maintaining portfolio quality.
Qualifications & Experience
· Graduate / Post-Graduate in Finance, Commerce, or related fields.
· 4 to 7 years of experience in credit underwriting or credit operations, preferably in micro, small business, or informal borrower segments.
· Prior experience in NBFCs / MFIs / small-ticket business lending / vehicle finance will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹30,007.98 - ₹35,400.32 per month
