Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive professional to join our finance team. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working under tight deadlines, managing high volumes of communication, and ensuring timely allocation and reconciliation of payments.

Responsibilities:

  • Send 100–200 follow-up emails (mail chasers) on a regular basis.
  • Allocate old open payments against overdue invoices.
  • Reconcile client ledgers and resolve payment disputes.
  • Manage and respond to shared mailbox queries.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders via calls to ensure timely invoice settlements.
  • Prepare MIS reports.
  • Support ad-hoc audit and compliance requirements.
  • Follow up with sales teams to process cancellations and reduce the risk of bad debts.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills (written & verbal).
  • Proficiency in MS Excel.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred:

  • Experience with NetSuite is an added advantage.

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
