Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Chennai for a Credit Controller. The Credit Controller will be responsible for overseeing the collection of customer accounts in a manner that ensures high customer satisfaction and loyalty. The daily tasks include managing credit control, handling debt collection, monitoring debtors, and assisting with overall credit management. The role also involves reviewing customer credit applications and providing financial guidance as needed.

Qualifications

• Skills in Credit Control, Credit Management, and Debt Collection
• Experience with managing Debtors and Finance
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred
• Experience in the logistics or transportation industry is beneficial
