Job Description

  • 1. Overall Credit Card Business Ownership
  • Own the complete credit card DSA vertical across all geographies
  • Define annual, quarterly and monthly business targets
  • Drive sustainable revenue, profitability and market share growth

2. Strategy and Growth Planning

  • Create long-term and short-term growth strategies for the credit card business
  • Identify new markets, customer segments and sourcing channels
  • Launch scalable sales models including field sales, channel partners and digital sourcing

3. Team Structure and Leadership

  • Design organization structure for the credit card vertical
  • Hire, train and manage managers, team leaders and field sales teams
  • Build leadership pipeline and ensure high productivity across levels

4. Sales Performance and Revenue Management

  • Review sales performance, approvals, activations and payouts
  • Ensure consistent achievement of targets across regions
  • Optimize productivity and conversion ratios

5. Bank and Issuer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with issuing banks and partners
  • Negotiate payouts, campaigns, and exclusive offers
  • Ensure product availability, policy alignment and smooth operations

6. Channel and Partner Development

  • Develop and expand DSA sub-channel and partner networks
  • Monitor partner productivity, compliance and profitability
  • Ensure ethical sourcing across all channels

7. Process, Quality and Compliance Control

  • Ensure adherence to RBI, bank and internal compliance standards
  • Monitor documentation quality and rejection reasons
  • Prevent mis-selling, fraud and regulatory risks

8. MIS, Analytics and Governance

  • Review MIS, dashboards and business analytics regularly
  • Use data-driven insights for strategic decisions
  • Ensure transparency and governance across the vertical

9. Cost, Profitability and Risk Management

  • Manage costs including incentives, manpower and operations
  • Drive profitability and payout optimization
  • Identify and mitigate operational and compliance risks

10. Brand Representation and Stakeholder Management

  • Represent the company with banks, partners and industry stakeholders
  • Act as escalation point for major issues
  • Build strong market credibility and brand positioning

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
