Credit Analyst

Job Description: As a Credit Manager at our organization, your role will involve managing and monitoring the underwriting team in your region to help them achieve business targets. You will be responsible for framing lending policy frameworks, processes, and workflows, ensuring error-free processes are established across various locations. Your key responsibilities will include: - Approving credit applications judiciously in accordance with Delegation of Authority (DOA). - Ensuring the quality of the Bank's exposure in India is always maintained at acceptable levels. - Maintaining a zero delinquent book across the region and ensuring zero audit lapses. - Providing guidance to the team of Mortgage counselors on policy and process-related matters. Qualifications Required: To excel in this role, you are required to have the following qualifications: - Postgraduate degree or equivalent qualification. - Proficiency in LAP, Loan Against Property, Credit Approver, Credit Underwriter, Letter of Credit, Risk Management, Credit Analysis, and Portfolio Management.
