Credit Analyst

As a Credit Analyst, your primary responsibility will be to prepare detailed credit approval notes, Information Memorandum, and presentations for submission to the Management/Risk Committee. You will evaluate and assess various credit proposals, conducting thorough analyses on the company's/borrower's financials, credit ratings, industry research, key competitors, and industry outlook. Additionally, you will be involved in preliminary financial analysis, peer company financial analysis, bank account due diligence, and other de-dupe analyses. Ensuring the completeness of all credit and legal files, identifying documentation deficiencies, and resolving them in a timely manner will also be part of your role. You will support the Origination and Execution team in completing assignments and engage with clients regularly to fulfill compliance and documentation requirements for proposals. Managing Post Disbursal Documents (PDD) and liaising with various parties such as clients, syndicate banks, legal counsel, and internal teams during deal execution are key aspects of the position. Supporting the execution of down-selling deals, conducting deep-dive analyses on structured finance and capital market transactions, handling credit queries, and ensuring assessments are closed within stipulated timelines are critical tasks. You will also be responsible for managing the portfolio, staying updated on market developments, and maintaining engagement with clients. All responsibilities are to be performed in alignment with the company's values, policies, and Code of Conduct. The ideal candidate should have 4-6 years of experience in the relevant industry (NBFC/Banking), with a preference for qualifications such as CA/CFA/MBA in Finance.,
