Designation: Credit Analyst - Infra/Real Estate

Location: Mumbai

Experience: 5-8 years

Role & Responsibilities:

-Creating credit appraisal notes for clients in the infrastructure sector.

-Conducting preliminary screening of commercial real estate financing transactions and structuring.

-Talk about terms and conditions for risk assessments with the business.

-Have conversations with clients to gather data for CRAN preparation.

-Keep an eye on the accounts in accordance with the Sanctioning Authority's guidelines.

-Create monitoring reports for the portfolio on a monthly or quarterly basis.

-If there are non-compliances, escalate with an action plan.

-Make inspection reports after visiting the units.

-Oversee and resolve any risk assessment-related escalations.

-Working with an internal team (relationship, legal, technical, and operations) to provide customers with timely and coordinated solutions

-Due diligence and credit analysis. Making preliminary suggestions and assessing borrower, transaction, and underlying security risk by creating Credit & Risk Assessment Notes (CRAN).

-Submitting the proposal to the appropriate authorities for sanctioning.

-Creating review and renewal credit reports for the purpose of reviewing the limits and evaluating them for credit alerts
