Credit Analyst

In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing the financial health and creditworthiness of the company, preparing funding proposals, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Your key responsibilities will include: - Performing detailed financial statement analysis to evaluate creditworthiness and assess financial health through ratio analysis and collateral strength evaluation. - Preparing funding proposals, credit reports, and investor presentations for various financial institutions and aligning loan proposals with the company's financial goals. - Identifying financial risks, suggesting mitigation strategies, and ensuring compliance with banking regulations and investment policies. - Collaborating with internal teams such as finance, treasury, audit, and legal departments to align funding strategies and support negotiations for credit lines and structured finance deals. Qualifications required for this role include: - Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modeling and risk assessment. - Knowledge of banking regulations, RBI norms, and investment policies. - Excellent communication and presentation skills to interact with senior management, lenders, and investors effectively.
