Key ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-end handling of Real Estate Finance Proposals – Construction Finance, Lease Rental Discounting, Project Loans, Working Capital Loans, etc. Financial Modeling and Analysis: Build, review, and interpret detailed cashflow models Conduct stress testing and covenant analysis Evaluate collateral adequacy, project viability & repayment capability Preparation of comprehensive Credit Appraisal Notes, IMs, Due Diligence Reports & TEV inputs Coordination with clients, lenders (Banks/NBFCs/AIFs), legal, technical & other third-party agencies during the underwriting and sanction process Support negotiation of deal structures aligned with borrower needs and lender requirements Track disbursements, project progress, compliance conditions & post-sanction monitoring Maintain strong industry insights on real estate market trends, developer performance & regulatory updates Ensure documentation, data security & compliance in all transactions
