🔍 Role Overview:

We’re looking for a passionate Creator Onboarding Specialist to identify, recruit, and onboard top creators and influencers across various niches. You’ll be the bridge between creators and our platform, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience and helping them understand how to maximize earnings through revenue-sharing and barter deals.

🎯Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, approach, and acquire influencers & creators across Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and other platforms.
• Pitch

  revenue-sharing and barter deal opportunities

  to creators.
• Build partnerships and tie-ups with influencer marketing agencies, talent management agencies, and MCNs to onboard creators in bulk.
• Handle complete onboarding — from initial outreach to profile setup and training.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with onboarded creators and agencies.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to design creator growth strategies.
• Track onboarding performance and ensure creators stay active and engaged.

Key Requirements:

• 2-4 years of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or creator partnerships.
• Experience with

  live streaming/ calling platforms

• Strong understanding of social media platforms and creator economy trends.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Existing network of influencers and/or agency contacts is a strong plus.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
