Location: Hiranandani Estate, Thane Internship Type: onsite Timings: 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM Salary: Up to 25,000 (Based on Experience) Experience: 1-2 Years Scaling Structures is looking for a Creative Visualizer to join our growing creative team. If you're a visual storyteller with an eye for detail and a passion for building compelling brand narratives through design, this role is your canvas. We work at the intersection of real estate, lifestyle, and premium branding—so a sense of aesthetics, consistency, and the ability to think conceptually is essential. Key Responsibilities: Lead Visual Ideation & Execution: Conceptualize and design high-quality visual assets for brand campaigns, brochures, presentations, landing pages, and social media platforms. Branding & Identity: Assist in developing visual identities, mood boards, and brand kits that reflect client positioning and strategic direction. Campaign Design Support: Collaborate with content strategists, social media managers, and video editors to ensure brand coherence and narrative alignment across all touchpoints. Client Presentations & Pitches: Design impactful visuals for internal and external presentations, aiding business development and client servicing teams with creative inputs. Maintain Design Standards: Uphold and evolve design systems and brand guidelines to maintain visual consistency and elevate quality across all creative deliverables. Trend Research: Stay ahead of design and visual communication trends in real estate, luxury, and lifestyle industries and apply relevant insights. Project Coordination: Manage timelines, asset delivery, and feedback loops for design projects to meet deadlines with efficiency and clarity. Creative Contribution: Participate actively in brainstorming sessions, internal reviews, and post-mortem analysis to elevate the creative process. Requirements: A highly creative and conceptual designer with a portfolio to match. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects is a plus). Strong communication and presentation skills. Able to interpret briefs and offer design-led solutions that drive brand value. Experienced in working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced setting. Detail-oriented with an excellent sense of layout, typography, and color.
