Creative Visualizer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Creative Visualizer who is hands-on and capable of guiding the marketing creative team, including designers, video editors, and content writers. This is a mid-level role where the candidate will actively design while also reviewing and aligning creative outputs with brand and marketing goals.

The ideal candidate should have strong visual skills, a good understanding of marketing content, and the ability to collaborate closely with the marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:

Creative Execution

• Design marketing creatives for social media, ads, websites, presentations, and branding assets.
• Create visual concepts for campaigns and daily marketing requirements.
• Ensure all designs follow brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency.

Team Guidance & Review

• Guide and review the work of designers, video editors, and writers.
• Provide creative inputs and feedback on designs, videos, and content layouts.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to clarify creative requirements.

Marketing Collaboration

• Work closely with the Marketing Manager to understand campaign objectives.
• Convert briefs into clear visual directions and creative outputs.
• Support execution of digital marketing campaigns and product launches.

Quality & Timelines

• Maintain quality standards across all creative deliverables.
• Ensure timely delivery of creatives as per marketing schedules.
• Continuously improve designs based on performance feedback.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in graphic design or creative visualization.
• Strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital creatives, and campaigns.
• Proficiency in:
• Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator
• Basic knowledge of InDesign / Figma / Canva
• Basic understanding of video formats, reels, and motion content (review-level).
• Good understanding of content alignment and storytelling.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
