Role Overview

Creative Visualizer

If you have a strong aesthetic sense, a deep understanding of storytelling, and the ability to translate design into business impact, this role is an excellent fit.

You will collaborate with the marketing, sales, and product teams to conceptualize and execute campaigns that are not only visually appealing but also performance-driven.


Key Responsibilities

  • Creative Conceptualization:

    Translate briefs into visual ideas, storyboards, and campaign concepts aligned with Propacity’s brand and client objectives.
  • Campaign Execution:

    Design digital ads, social media creatives, landing pages, pitch decks, videos, and print assets.
  • Brand Consistency:

    Maintain and evolve Propacity’s visual identity across all touchpoints.
  • Collaboration:

    Work closely with copywriters, content strategists, and marketing managers to ensure seamless execution of creative ideas.
  • Video and Motion Design:

    Provide visual direction to editors and animators on composition, transitions, and storytelling for high-performance marketing videos.
  • Trendspotting:

    Stay updated with design, real estate, and social media trends to keep the brand relevant and forward-thinking.
  • Presentation and Storytelling:

    Create visually compelling decks and narratives for internal and client presentations.


Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in a creative agency, design studio, or high-growth startup.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and Figma.
  • Excellent understanding of typography, layout, and color theory.
  • Demonstrated experience in digital-first design across social, video, and performance campaigns.
  • Ability to think conceptually and execute practically—from idea to final output.
  • Experience in real estate, luxury, lifestyle, or technology brands is strongly preferred.

  • A portfolio showcasing creativity, versatility, and storytelling ability is mandatory.
