What You’ll Do:

·      Conceptualize and visualize creative ideas for integrated communication across digital & offline platforms

·      Translate briefs into visually compelling designs that align with brand strategy and campaign objectives

·      Work closely with copywriters, art directors and client servicing teams to ensure cohesive creative outputs

·      Stay updated on trends, creative tools and emerging technologies to keep work fresh and competitive

What You Need:

·      ~1-3 years of experience as a designer/visualizer in a communication, branding, or advertising agency

·      Strong portfolio showcasing creative versatility across digital, print, and integrated campaigns

·      Proficiency in industry-standard design software (Adobe Creative Suite and related tools)

·      Understanding of brand communication, visual storytelling, and user-centric design principles

·      Ability to translate abstract ideas into clear, engaging visual concepts

·      Strong collaboration skills and openness to feedback, with a proactive, problem-solving approach

·      Ability to multitask, manage timelines, and deliver high-quality work under pressure
