Creative Visualizer

About the Role:

We are seeking a Creative Visualizer with a strong eye for design and storytelling across digital and offline platforms. The ideal candidate will conceptualize and create visual content for social media, digital campaigns, POSM and retail branding while ensuring consistency with the brands tone and aesthetics.

The role demands a blend of conceptual thinking, digital fluency, and hands-on design expertise in tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, along with familiarity with AI-based design tools like Midjourney or Firefly.

Role & responsibilities

• Conceptualize and design engaging creative content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
• Develop campaign visuals and digital assets for Google Ads, YouTube, websites, and email marketing.
• Design POSM materials, retail communication, and outdoor branding creatives.
• Create visual storytelling for videos, reels, and product showcases.
• Work closely with the B&C Team & Sales teams to bring ideas to life across multiple touchpoints.
• Ensure brand consistency and creative quality across all formats digital, print, and retail.
• Explore and integrate AI tools and new creative technologies to enhance design output and ideation.
• Manage artwork versions, coordinate with vendors, and ensure production-ready files for digital and print use.

Required Skills & Expertise:

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Sound understanding of digital design formats, aspect ratios, and responsive layouts.
• Ability to conceptualize and visualize creative ideas suited for social media, digital ads, and campaigns.
• Familiarity with AI-based creative tools such as Midjourney, Firefly, ChatGPT, etc.
• Good communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize work, and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field.
• Experience working in Advertising agencies, brand studios, or consumer brand creative teams.
