Role Overview

We are looking for a Creative Strategist who can turn brand goals into powerful ideas, campaigns, and content strategies. The role demands a strong understanding of audience psychology, digital trends, storytelling, and brand communication. You will collaborate with designers, copywriters, video editors, social media teams, and performance marketers.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop content and campaign strategies for social media and digital platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Conceptualize high-impact ideas, hooks, scripts, and campaign directions for ads, reels, videos, and carousels
• Build monthly creative strategy decks & content plans for brands
• Write clear briefs for design and content teams
• Review and refine creatives to ensure brand consistency, clarity, and impact
• Conduct audience research, trend analysis, and competitor studies
• Collaborate with performance teams to craft ad communication (hook → story → CTA)
• Recommend platform-wise content formats to improve engagement, reach, and conversions
• Bring fresh, original thinking to internal brainstorms and client pitches

Requirements

• 1–4 years of experience in creative/content strategy (agency background preferred)
• Strong understanding of social media communication and content trends
• Visual thinker with storytelling skills
• Great communication and presentation abilities
• Knowledge of hooks, CTAs, funnels, and digital user behaviour
• Ability to guide designers, editors, and writers with clarity

Bonus Skills (Good to Have)

• Script writing or storyboard experience
• Understanding of advertising/marketing funnels
• Meme, trend, or pop-culture awareness
• Experience creating pitch decks or brand strategy presentations
