Job Description

As a Creative Strategist at Fronseye Tech N Trade Pvt Ltd, your role will involve leveraging your expertise in innovative thinking and strategic planning to drive impactful creative solutions that resonate with the audience and align with clients" brand missions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop compelling campaigns that elevate the brand presence and effectively engage consumers. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute comprehensive creative strategies aligned with business objectives and target audience insights. - Lead brainstorming sessions to foster a collaborative environment for innovative ideas and creative problem-solving. - Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to inform creative direction and optimize campaign performance. - Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and marketing teams to create cohesive and compelling creative materials enhancing brand storytelling. - Present creative concepts and strategies to stakeholders, articulating the rationale behind creative decisions and expected outcomes. - Monitor and evaluate campaign effectiveness using data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve future initiatives. Qualifications Required: - 5 to 7+ years of experience in a creative strategy role, preferably within an agency or fast-paced environment with US geographic scope (US experience mandatory). - Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful creative campaigns across multiple channels. - Strong understanding of brand positioning, consumer insights, and market dynamics. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience working with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms. - Proven track record of managing projects and leading creative teams. - Familiarity with design software and creative production processes. - Familiar with Learning Management System (LMS) concepts. In addition to the above, technical skills required for this role include proficiency in digital marketing techniques such as SEO, social media, and content marketing, understanding of creative software tools like Adobe Creative Suite, and experience with project management software and collaboration tools. Soft skills that will be beneficial for this role include exceptional communication and presentation skills, a strong collaborative spirit, ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and open-mindedness and adaptability to changing priorities and feedback.,
