As a Creative Strategist at The Wedding Company, you will play a crucial role in strengthening the marketing and sales communication strategies. Your primary responsibilities will include: - **Campaign Performance:** - Develop and execute creative strategies for omnichannel marketing, focusing on optimizing content to enhance Click-Through Rate (CTR) and other relevant metrics while ensuring communication relevance. - **Creative & Content Effectiveness:** - Plan and oversee creative testing encompassing copy variations, visuals, and formats to identify elements that drive engagement and conversions. - Create and maintain a creative playbook to document successful approaches and areas for improvement across campaigns, guiding future creative decisions. - **Consumer Insights & Research:** - Conduct monthly consumer interactions to gain insights into their preferences and use these learnings to refine communication strategies and creative content. - **Brand Consistency & Communication:** - Ensure consistency in brand guidelines and tone across all communication channels to attract quality audiences effectively. - **Collaboration & Timeliness:** - Work closely with designers, copywriters, and video editors to actualize campaign ideas. - Analyze campaign performance in collaboration with the analytics team, track audience insights, and creative trends independently to shape future strategies. - Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align creative efforts for various campaigns and promotions with the overall business objectives. Qualifications required for this role: - 3+ years of experience in creative strategy and marketing communication. - Proficiency in performance-driven advertising, with a passion for creative testing and consumer research. - Hands-on experience in ad content and creative planning, covering the entire process from conceptualization to execution. - Ability to blend data and design thinking effectively, combining logic with storytelling. - Strong commitment to upholding brand identity, visual coherence, and tone in all communication pieces. - Experience with lifestyle, luxury, or wedding brands is considered a strong advantage.
