What You’ll Do

● Turn business goals into bold creative briefs that scream "Let's make magic!"

● Dive deep into consumer insights, trends, and behaviors to spark impactful campaign ideas

● Ideate integrated campaigns that span across digital, ATL, BTL, and experiences

● Use data (yes, data!) to make creative sharper, smarter, and more impactful

● Present your ideas like a pro—to internal teams and clients—turning heads and winning hearts

● Stay curious and constantly learn what's trending, what’s tanking, and what’s next

Who You Are

● A graduate in Humanities (esp. Economics) or Business, Marketing, or Communications

● A postgrad? Even better!

● A thinker and a doer. You love a good brainstorm and live for the big reveal

● You're comfortable with Canva, Google Slides, and all things strategy meets story

● You’ve got a solid grip on digital platforms, consumer behavior, and what makes Gen Z tick

● You're obsessed with ideas—and presenting them with flair
