Description
We’re on the lookout for a Creative Strategist who blends creative thinking with sharp digital instincts. This role is perfect for someone who’s passionate about storytelling, understands how ideas move in the digital space, and wants to grow into a strategy-led creative thinker. You’ll contribute to campaign concepts, write video scripts, occasionally narrate or voice videos, and collaborate closely with creative, content, and marketing teams to bring ideas to life across digital platforms. Key Responsibilities Campaign Concepting: Assist in developing creative concepts for brand campaigns, content series, social media, and performance marketing initiatives. Scriptwriting & Narration: Write compelling, platform-appropriate video scripts (YouTube, Instagram, etc.) and deliver voiceovers or narration when needed. Content Strategy: Support the planning of content calendars, social media ideas, and storytelling frameworks aligned with digital trends. Creative Briefs: Translate insights into structured briefs for internal teams, contributing to the creative process from ideation to execution. Audience & Trend Research: Stay on top of pop culture, social trends, and consumer behavior to help inform ideas and messaging. Requirements 1–2 years of experience in a creative, strategy, or content role—internships, freelance, or agency experience welcome. Strong writing and storytelling skills, especially for short-form video and social content. Comfortable with on-camera narration or voiceover (or eager to learn). Awareness of how different digital platforms work and what type of content performs well on each. A collaborative mindset with the ability to take feedback and iterate quickly. Interest in scripting for reels, shorts, or influencer content. Basic understanding of digital marketing, branding, and content strategy.
