Creative Strategist

As a Social Media Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for researching, conceptualizing, and executing distinctive creative campaigns and content solutions that achieve brand objectives while strengthening their market distinctions. Your role will involve presenting best practices, case studies, and strategies to clients and team members, as well as innovating through new engagement and awareness routes on social media and digital platforms. You will be tasked with planning and strategizing campaigns and execution strategies for existing and prospective clients, aiming to build benchmarks for recognition and brand value. Your key responsibilities will include: - Researching, conceptualizing, and executing distinctive creative campaigns and content solutions - Presenting best practices, case studies, and strategies to clients and team members - Innovating through new engagement and awareness routes on social media and digital platforms - Planning and strategizing campaigns and execution strategies for clients - Building benchmarks for recognition and brand value - Overseeing monthly calendars for brands and creating benchmark content marketing tactics - Facilitating brainstorming and creative direction across the organization Qualifications required for this role include: - Thorough understanding of marketing and advertising, with a digital-first mindset - Passionate about or understanding of the luxury/hospitality market - Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns/brands - Strong self-starter and proactive individual - Ability to write strategy and creative presentations - Active on social media and aware of the latest campaigns and trends - Minimum of 4 years of experience in social media or advertising agency with digital marketing integration - Previous experience working with a Creative or Digital Agency - Understanding and proven usage of digital marketing tools - Experience in driving integrated marketing campaigns - Prior experience in Creative writing would be an added bonus Join our team and be part of a dynamic environment where your creativity and strategic thinking will make a significant impact!,
