Serve as the primary client contact, effectively leading conversations online and over the phone. Coordinate and maintain consistent communication between clients and internal teams to ensure project alignment. Ensure fast execution and timely responses to keep projects on track and clients satisfied. Develop and manage creative project timelines, resources, and processes to meet client and business goals. Provide regular reports and insights to optimize strategies and achieve business goals. Required skills: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field 7+ years of project management experience in a fast-paced creative environment. Proficient in project management tools such as monday.com Excellent English communication skills (written, spoken, and visual) Experience in marketing and advertising within a creative agency is preferred Skilled in copywriting, email communication, messaging, and proofreading Motivated, solution-oriented leadership mindset.
