Help balance increased marketing complexity and diminishing marketing resources. Drive marketing performance with deep functional and technical expertise, while accelerating time-to-market and operating efficiencies at scale through Data and Technology, Next Generation Content Services, Digital Marketing Services & Customer Engagement and Media Growth Services.Role requires Digital Marketing Ads & Promotion creation/designCreative design is a process that uses digital and physical design tools and core design training to create comps and final art that bring creative concepts to life for marketing purposes.

Makes independent decisions, which have major day-to-day impact in area of responsibility, and may influence direction of other areas. Accountable for results of work to both Accenture and client.Responsible for medium-term planning, objective setting, and development of new procedures within area of responsibility, through interpretative judgment of overall policies and goals.Contributes to policy setting at a senior level.Identifies, assesses and resolves complex business problems/issues and provides alternative scenarios.Provides and implements business-focused solutions within time/cost constraints.Self-directed within broad goals and strategic direction in satisfying organization or client objectives.Accountable for developing and managing key internal/external client relationships across sphere of influence, including situations in which no relationship previously existed.Accountable for client satisfaction in area of responsibility, against service level agreement, and ensures achievement of key performance indicators/project milestones.Responsible for fulfillment of contractual obligations/completion of deliverables within own area of responsibility.Experience in digital marketing strategy across Paid, Product, Ecommerce, Content, Search (SEM/SEO), CRO Strategies, Social Media, Web Analytics, UI + UX management, Web/Mobile/App optimization and advisory services in other digital streamsAt least 12+ years managerial experience Management reporting experienceManaging measured productivity of teamExperience managing productivity-driven operationCan demonstrate flexibility and agility to changing client needsStrong leadership skillsAbility to learn quickly through self-study, classroom, and hands-on experienceStrong analytical skillsStrong communication skills with all levels of employees and managementAbility to perform special projects as needed in addition to daily responsibilitiesStrong organizational skillsFlexibility to work straight night shift and overtime; or swing shift.General knowledge of human resources policies and proceduresAbility to organize staff and supervise workload for maximum efficiency
Roles and Responsibilities: Successful delivery of digital & CRM projects with primary focus on brand/project KPIs, and maintain project management discipline.Digital operations, account management and production team, establish goals.Lead and mentor development of digital ideas and innovationsWorking with a team across multiple geographies, entities, cultures and time zonesSolve the business problems in digital marketing (lead generation/sales/acquisition/branding, etc.) by collaborating with solution teams to build the final set of recommendationsEnd to end project management throughout the project lifecycle – strategy, planning, kick-off, implementation, progress and post mortem
