About the Role

At MARS Cosmetics, we are building India’s most exciting beauty brand for the new generation. We are looking for a Creative Producer – Brand Content who will be the bridge between our marketing team and our in-house studio (photographers, videographers, editors). This role will ensure that every product shoot, campaign video, reel, and launch film reflects our brand’s identity, trend-savvy language, and world-class aesthetics.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Production Leadership
• Translate marketing briefs into shot lists, moodboards, and video concepts.
• Oversee end-to-end production of product shoots, campaign videos, launch films, reels, and social-first content.
• Direct the in-house video + photo team during shoots to achieve brand-right output.
• Creative Direction
• Ensure all visual content is aligned with MARS brand guidelines and beauty industry standards.
• Keep a pulse on social media + beauty trends (IG Reels, TikTok formats, transitions, trending music, influencer aesthetics).
• Suggest innovative video ideas, transitions, and storytelling techniques for launches and campaigns.
• Project Management
• Work as the single point of contact between Marketing and the Studio team.
• Ensure timely delivery of content across formats (digital, e-commerce, ATL cutdowns, influencer kits).
• Maintain an organize content calendar and ensure shoots are pre-planned.

• Quality Control
• Review all edits and present final content to senior leadership for approval.
• Maintain a library of brand assets for easy cross-team usage.
• Ensure consistency in tone, look, and feel across all visual assets.

What We’re Looking For

• 3–6 years of experience in content production, creative direction, or video strategy (agency, D2C brand, or production house background preferred).
• Strong understanding of beauty, fashion, or lifestyle content.
• Hands-on experience with video shoot coordination, editing workflows, and production planning.
• Ability to conceptualize content ideas + execute them within deadlines.
• Sharp eye for detail, aesthetics, and beauty trends.
• Excellent communication + project management skills.
