About the Role:

Creative Producer/Writer

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and script engaging promos, short-form ads, and marketing creatives that drive audience retention
• Collaborate with creative, content, and marketing teams to develop high-quality campaign ideas
• Work closely with post-production teams to oversee editing, sound, and final delivery of assets
• Leverage generative AI tools to enhance creative output and storytelling

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in OTT, TV, or film production (writing-focused roles preferred)
• Strong scriptwriting and storytelling skills with proven promo/ad samples
• Hands-on familiarity with post-production workflows (editing, sound, VFX basics preferred)
• Prior exposure to shoot planning and execution - while not part of the active role, this experience is valuable
• Understanding of generative AI tools (basic to intermediate)
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
