Creative Producer

You will play a key role as a Creative Producer at Sparrow, an innovative company based in Noida. We specialize in transforming architecture into captivating visual narratives through advanced 3D visualization techniques. Our team believes in merging technology and artistry to effectively convey designs that are yet to be constructed. As we expand our team, we are seeking individuals who are forward-thinking and share our vision of blending creativity with cutting-edge technologies. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the creative production of 3D architectural visualizations, animations, and immersive presentations. Your primary focus will be on translating client briefs into engaging visual narratives using a combination of 3D, motion graphics, and AI-enhanced workflows. Collaboration with internal artists and cross-disciplinary teams will be essential to maintain creative vision, adhere to timelines, and uphold quality standards. Your responsibilities will include providing creative direction on various elements of motion graphics, such as typography, transitions, and environmental storytelling within 3D animations. Additionally, you will be expected to experiment with AI tools to enhance creative outputs, stay updated on industry trends in architectural visualization, AI, and motion design, and actively participate in client meetings to pitch ideas and gather feedback. To qualify for this position, you should have at least 4 years of experience in creative production, architectural visualization, or a related design field. Proficiency in 3D tools like 3ds Max, Blender, Unreal Engine, or similar is required, along with experience in Adobe Creative Suite, especially After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Illustrator. A strong understanding of motion graphics principles, enthusiasm for AI technologies, and excellent visual storytelling skills are also essential. In addition to the qualifications mentioned above, having a portfolio that showcases a fusion of traditional design with AI-generated or procedural work would be advantageous.
