Job Title: Creative Producer Company: Pinkvilla Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra (On-site) Employment Type: Full-time Experience Required: 56+ years About Pinkvilla Pinkvilla is one of Indias largest digital media platforms in entertainment, lifestyle, and fashion, reaching over 30M unique users and 21M+ social media followers The platform is known for trend-driven storytelling, original IPs, and dynamic video content across YouTube and digital channels, Role Overview We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Creative Producer to lead the ideation and execution of original, branded, and editorial video content The ideal candidate will bring a strong vision, production expertise, and a deep understanding of digital-first storytelling, Key Responsibilities Creative Development: Lead content ideation, scripting, shoot planning, and post-production for original, branded, and editorial video formats, Format Innovation: Conceptualize new IPs and show formats aligned with Pinkvillas brand tone and digital audience, Production Oversight: Manage pre-production, on-ground shoots, talent coordination, and ensure high-quality output within deadlines, Brand & Editorial Alignment: Work closely with brand teams and internal stakeholders to deliver visually compelling, on-brand video assets, Performance Optimization: Analyze content performance metrics and adapt formats for stronger audience engagement and retention, Team & Collaboration: Collaborate with video editors, designers, anchors, and marketing/social teams to ensure seamless execution and platform consistency, Trend Awareness: Stay updated on platform trends (especially YouTube, Instagram), audience preferences, and competitor content, Requirements 56+ years in digital video production, content direction, or storytelling Experience creating successful video formats/IPs for digital platforms Strong storytelling, scripting, and visual planning skills Deep understanding of video production workflows (shoots, lighting, sound, editing) Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines Proven team management and leadership skills Knowledge of platform-specific trends and algorithms (YouTube, Instagram) Fluent in English and Hindi Tagged As React Native Development Remote Non Tech Web3 NFT Solidity Marketing DeFi Internship
