As a Creative Producer at Mad Men Marketing, based in Delhi NCR, you will leverage your 37 years of experience in creative visual and video production to bring ideas to life from pitch to post. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that every frame resonates with impact by seamlessly bridging the gap between creative vision, logistics, execution, and post-production. From managing influencer-led shoots and brand films to churning out high-volume social content, you will play a crucial role in upholding the brand's image and narrative. Your key responsibilities will encompass owning the end-to-end production process of branded video content, starting from concept development to final delivery. Acting as the liaison between creative teams, directors, clients, and editors, you will guarantee that the output aligns with the envisioned goals and is delivered within the set timelines. Pre-production planning, including tasks such as scripting, casting, and location scouting, will fall under your purview, along with managing shoots, coordinating with vendors, scheduling crews, and obtaining necessary approvals. Maintaining a strict eye on budgets, timelines, and production quality will be essential elements of your role, as you oversee various content formats like reels, digital ads, UGC, testimonial films, and influencer content. To thrive in this role, you must possess 35 years of hands-on experience in advertising, branded content, or digital production, coupled with a keen visual sensibility and a knack for storytelling. Proficiency in shoot coordination, scriptwriting, and creative deck creation is a must, along with a proven track record of managing branded content shoots across diverse verticals such as FMCG, beauty, food, and lifestyle. Your adept communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with creatives, editors, and clients will be key in ensuring successful project outcomes. A problem-solving mindset and the capability to perform under pressure will set you apart, along with a solid understanding of production workflows, set etiquette, talent management, and on-ground troubleshooting. Managing multiple projects simultaneously with stringent deadlines should be second nature to you, with additional experience in Gen-AI content tools or motion graphics being a bonus.
