Job Description

Creative Marketing Associate

You’ll ideate, script, voice, brief, and co-create compelling ad concepts that drive conversions. If you’re passionate about content strategy, performance marketing, and scaling D2C brands, this role is for you.


Key Responsibilities

1. Paid Media Content (Primary Focus)

  • Write scripts for static and video ads on Meta and YouTube.
  • Ideate new creative angles and concepts weekly.
  • Brief editors and creative partners to produce high-performing ads.

2. Production & Creative Direction

  • Record voiceovers and short-form content as needed.
  • Guide creators, models, and influencers on tone, delivery, and storytelling.
  • Oversee shoots and ensure creative consistency across campaigns.

3. Creative Research & Strategy

  • Analyze trending ad formats and creative patterns across industries.
  • Propose new approaches and test fresh creative ideas regularly.

4. Influencer Marketing

  • Identify and manage the right creators for collaborations.
  • Provide creative direction and ensure content aligns with campaign goals.
  • Track ROI and build long-term influencer partnerships.

5. Organic & Email Marketing

  • Develop and manage newsletters, launch campaigns, and email flows.
  • Repurpose paid media content for organic reach across social platforms.
  • Maintain a content calendar aligned with brand objectives.



Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in

    content, marketing, or performance creatives

    (brand, agency, or freelance).
  • Strong storytelling, copywriting, and voiceover skills.
  • Confident in front of the camera or mic.
  • Deep interest in

    D2C marketing, brand building, and creative strategy.

  • Understanding of what makes ads perform effectively (no editing required).
