Key Responsibilities & Areas of Ownership

You will be the visual architect, focusing immediately on assets that drive brand authority, sales enablement, and product comprehension.

1. Visual Storytelling for Technical Complexity (Highest Priority)

• Translate Complexity to Clarity:

  Transform dense AI and Cybersecurity concepts into simple, elegant, high-impact visuals and narratives.

• Build Trust:

  Ensure our technology feels intuitive, accessible, and premium, accelerating the buyer's understanding and establishing deep enterprise trust.

2. Sales Enablement & Marketing Engine

• Pipeline Design:

  Design striking, high-impact assets that directly drive pipeline and brand authority.

• Sales Collateral:

  Own the design and production of

  high-stakes sales pitch decks, detailed product one-pagers, proposal designs, and case studies

  .

• Digital Campaigns:

  Create campaign visuals for LinkedIn, event creatives, and

  conversion-focused infographics

  .

• Content Visualization:

  Define the visual structure and presentation for whitepapers and detailed product documentation.

3. Brand Identity & Creative Direction

• Visual Governance:

  Define, shape, and maintain the visual personality of Qylis across all mediums.

• System Design:

  Create and standardize global

  brand systems, visual patterns, core iconography, color themes, and the overall design language

  .

• Narrative Consistency:

  Build a strong, consistent visual narrative across all domain verticals: AI, Cybersecurity, Cloud, and Enterprise Solutions.

4. Digital Experience & Conversion

• Web Creative Lead:

  Lead the creative direction for optimizing key digital touchpoints.

• UX/UI Focus:

  Focus on designing

  high-conversion landing pages

  , elevating the visual hierarchy, UX/UI, and calls-to-action (CTAs) on critical revenue-generating pages.

• Performance:

  Ensure all assets are optimized for speed, responsiveness, and world-class digital performance (

  SEO-aware design

  ).

5. Hands-On Creative Ownership

• Execution:

  This is a deeply hands-on role. You will be expected to

  Think, Conceptualize, Design, Revise, Optimize, and Deliver

  high-quality assets.

• Motion:

  Create

  micro-animations, explainer videos, UI animations, and launch videos

  to bring essential life and movement to our product visuals.

• Collaboration:

  Work directly with Marketing (campaigns, content), Sales (decks, collaterals), Product (UI concepts, diagrams), and Founders (strategic messaging) to align all creative outputs with core business goals.

Qualifications & Required Expertise

• Exceptional portfolio showcasing a range of work across

  brand development, web design (conversion focus), and technical illustration

  .
• Expert proficiency in the

  Adobe Creative Suite

  (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects) and

  Figma

  .
• Proven ability to

  simplify highly complex technical concepts

  (AI, data structures, network security) into clear, compelling visual metaphors.
• A creator, thinker, and storyteller who uses design to create emotion and establish

  enterprise trust

• Ability to seamlessly pivot between

  high-level brand vision, UX logic, and bottom-line sales requirements
