Creative Lead

At Teammates Academy, we believe creativity drives connection. We’re looking for a passionate Creative Lead who can bring fresh ideas, capture moments, and create engaging content that makes our brand come alive digitally and in the public space.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle video shooting and editing for campaigns, events, and digital platforms.
• Develop and execute creative content ideas that resonate with students and the public.
• Take initiative in conceptualizing new projects, campaigns, and creative strategies.
• Work closely with our marketing team to enhance brand visibility across social media and offline platforms.
• Ensure timely delivery of content with professional quality and impact

Requirements

• Age: 18 – 30 years.
• Strong skills in video editing software (both system-based like Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, and mobile-based like CapCut etc.)
• Basic knowledge of shooting equipment and techniques.
• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
• Prior experience in content creation is a plus, but freshers with strong creative passion are welcome.
