Business Development Associate (On-Field College Visits)

Teammates Academy is looking for enthusiastic and confident Business Development Associates for an on-field role focused in the Malabar region of Kerala. This role involves travelling to colleges, building institutional relationships, and driving student engagement through orientation sessions and academic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit colleges across Malabar districts
• Meet and build rapport with college officials, placement officers, and department heads
• Organize and conduct student orientation programs, seminars, and outreach campaigns
• Initiate and formalize business collaborations and partnerships with colleges
• Generate leads for our career training programs and coordinate with the admissions team
• Maintain records of visits, follow-ups, and outcomes
• Provide regular updates to the business development manager

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum Qualification: Graduation (any stream)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Willingness to travel extensively across assigned regions
• Self-driven, confident, and outgoing personality
