About Company –

Palmonas is a Pune-based Indian demi-fine jewellery brand founded in 2022 by Pallavi Mohadikar and Dr. Amol Patwari, with Shraddha Kapoor later joining as a co-founder. The brand's mission is to make luxury jewellery affordable for the modern Indian woman. Palmonas offers a range of demi-fine jewellery, including necklaces, rings, bracelets, earrings, and mangalsutras, made from stainless steel and sterling silver with a gold vermeil coating.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Creative Head who brings strong aesthetic vision, hands-on execution ability, and brand storytelling skills. The ideal candidate will lead our creative team, shape visual identity, and elevate the brand across campaigns, product launches, digital assets, packaging, and retail.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the creative direction and visual language of the Palmonas brand.
• Lead photoshoots and video production – from conceptualization to execution.
• Develop compelling campaigns for product launches, festive drops, and collaborations.
• Oversee all creative assets including website banners, social media, ads, lookbooks, and emailers.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and e-commerce teams to ensure cohesive storytelling.
• Manage and mentor a team of designers, content creators, and external vendors/agencies.
• Keep up with fashion, jewellery, beauty, and lifestyle trends to ensure brand relevance.
• Maintain quality control and ensure alignment with brand tone, aesthetics, and goals.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in fashion, beauty, jewellery, or lifestyle brands.
• Strong portfolio showcasing branding, campaign development, and multi-platform design.
• Proficient in creative tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, etc.).
• Experience leading photoshoots, video production, and post-production workflows.

Preferred

• Background in fashion/jewellery brands or premium D2C startups.
• Experience in handling high-volume content calendars.
• Knowledge of UI/UX basics, packaging, and print design is a plus.
