Job Description: Creative Head (2-4 Years)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and visionaryCreative Head

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Team Leadership & Collaboration

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of editors and designers to deliver innovative and impactful creative output.
  • Foster a collaborative environment that encourages fresh ideas, experimentation, and consistent learning.
  1. Creative Strategy & Ideation

  • Brainstorm and conceptualize unique campaign ideas aligned with brand objectives.
  • Translate strategic briefs into compelling visual and narrative storytelling.
  1. Trend & Market Awareness

  • Stay ahead of design, content, and advertising trends through continuous research and competitor scans.
  • Apply insights to ensure our creatives remain relevant, innovative, and industry-leading.
  1. Creative Direction & Storytelling

  • Provide clear direction on brand tone, visual language, and storytelling.
  • Develop storyboards and creative mockups for campaigns and client pitches.
  1. Project Management & Timelines

  • Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (marketing, strategy, accounts) to align creative vision with business goals.
  1. Quality Control

  • Review and approve all creative output, maintaining consistency across platforms and formats.
  • Ensure that every piece of work meets brand guidelines and reflects creative excellence.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience (3–5 years) in creative direction, advertising, or design leadership roles.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing design sensibility, storytelling ability, and impactful campaigns.
  • Expertise in visual design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.) and video editing workflows.
  • In-depth understanding of branding, digital advertising, and social media platforms.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to balance creative vision with business objectives and tight deadlines.
