At MARQN Media, you’ll work closely with the creative and strategy teams to bring stories to life that are sleek, quick, and impactful. Important • Applicants must be based in Mumbai ONLY What You’ll Be Doing • Edit short-form content (Reels, Shorts, Stories) using trendy transitions, sound syncs, and visual hooks • Stay on top of the latest editing styles, effects, and platform-specific trends • Organize raw footage and maintain a clean, efficient file structure • Collaborate with the strategy team to align visuals with the brand voice • Add motion graphics, text overlays, music, and sound effects when needed • Deliver edits in quick turnaround time with high quality • Maintain consistency in branding and quality across all client video outputs What We’re Looking For • 1–3 years of professional experience in video editing • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (bonus if you know After Effects, CapCut, or Final Cut Pro) • A strong sense of timing, pacing, and storytelling in short-form formats • Good eye for aesthetics, frame composition, and lighting during shoots • Ability to edit for social-first formats (vertical videos, platform-native styles) • Comfortable using DSLRs, gimbals, and basic lighting gear during shoots • Passion for social media trends, memes, and creative storytelling • Team player with good communication and time management skills Show more Show less
